LI Lawn Signs 4U and all affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. We also ask that you do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. Should you need them picked up early, give us a shout and we’ll be happy to take care of it.
We make every effort to ensure successful installation of all lawn signs; however, installation depends on suitable lawn conditions. If poor lawn conditions (e.g., excessively hard soil, rocky ground, or other environmental factors) prevent proper installation, we may be unable to proceed.
In such cases, a 50% refund will apply. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or inability to install signs due to unsuitable lawn conditions beyond our control.

This page contains the terms & conditions for LI Lawn Signs 4U. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 48 hours) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
- Based on available inventory
- Rush fee may apply
INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down, or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored.
SPRINKLERS: If the homeowner has a sprinkler system, we will do our best to avoid visible sprinklers. However, we cannot see underground sprinkler lines, and will NOT be held liable for damage to sprinkler systems. Please mark the spot you would like sign placed prior to delivery if this is a concern.
Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems during install. If sprinklers are on, we will not be able to set up the sign. There are NO refunds in these cases.
REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed, or if the yard is not install-ready.
DELIVERY: The lawn sign will be delivered the day before the event date unless other arrangements have been made and picked up the day after the event. We DO NOT install at night. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. Signs can ONLY be installed on grass (no rock/bricks/turf installations)
POLICY: All yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Lawns need to be watered and maintained prior to the install.
All signs remain property of LI Lawn Signs 4U. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.
